1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using domzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
domzy provides domain availability checks, DNS diagnostics, WHOIS data, and AI suggestions for informational and diagnostic purposes. Availability and pricing are provided on a real-time best-effort basis. The receiving registrar's checkout is the final authority on domain acquisition.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting denial of service against our Anycast nodes or utilizing automated scraping at abusive rates without API authorization.
4. Intellectual property
The domzy name, logo, software, and Vebnox brand assets are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with 99.9% uptime targets.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, domzy and Vebnox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
